The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is so close to the beach and just a stone's throw away from Pacific Fair for all your shopping needs. Plus, it's within walking distance to the bustling Broadbeach restaurant strip. The staff here are wonderful. Jenny at reception was so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to encounter such great service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a big fridge. We even had a lovely view from our balcony, which was a delightful bonus. The facilities provided were also top-notch.

All in all, everything was absolutely okay.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away. Plus, being opposite Pacific Fair shopping centre was so convenient for shopping and dining options. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. It was great value for money, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and we spent a very comfortable night.

Found it a bit difficult with the flights of stairs and luggage. I forgot to check if there was a lift available or ask for an apartment on a lower floor

The location is great, with easy access to public transport and opposite a large shopping mall. The beach is also nearby. The rooms are clean and have lovely views of the pool and garden. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The lack of elevator can be a problem for some guests.

My friends and I had a great time at this self-contained apartment during our vacation. We loved the short walk to the beach which was so convenient for us. The location was perfect as there were shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen, including pots and pans and utensils in good condition. We also appreciated the comfortable bed which ensured a good night's rest.

It was a bit of a disappointment that there was no view of the sea from our apartment. there wasn't much in terms of complimentary tea, coffee or bathroom supplies.

Quiet and comfortable well equipped clean room and good security.

This hotel was perfectly located. I was able to walk to the beach and to the huge Pacific Fair shopping mall for some retail therapy. The apartment was clean and had great facilities, such as a large balcony, pool table, and library. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and helped me with anything I needed. Parking was free and convenient.
